Senior Flutter Developer

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can own mobile apps end-to-end — architecture, state management, API integration, performance and store deployment. You'll mentor other developers, set standards and ship production apps used by real people every day.
Responsibilities
Architect and build cross-platform Flutter apps for iOS and Android
Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, payments and native modules
Own performance, offline behaviour and app-size optimisation
Handle App Store and Play Store submission and release management
Review pull requests and mentor mid/junior developers
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers each sprint
Requirements
3+ years of professional Flutter/Dart experience
Strong grasp of state management (GetX, Riverpod or Bloc)
Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Play Store
Solid REST API integration and async/state handling
Understanding of clean architecture and testing
Good communication in a remote, agile team
Nice to Have
Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience
CI/CD for mobile (Codemagic, Fastlane)
Firebase and cloud messaging
Melos / multi-package monorepos
